Criminal justice client rehabs are available being a significantly better option than incarceration or significant fines for those who have already been convicted of any sort of drug or alcohol related crime. As an example, someone who has been in prison for driving while impaired of drugs or alcohol may qualify to receive treatment services for his or her problem rather than serving time in jail. The judge could even order the individual receive rehabilitation, either alone or in addition to other sentencing.
