Medicaid is a form of health care insurance available for those who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government funded insurance. Whether or not somebody qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only determined by their earnings however, and people shouldn't presume they don't qualify because they earn a reasonable income. If a person is involved in drug abuse and needs help, they are able to use their Medicaid health coverage to acquire this treatment. If they don't have Medicaid plus don't have the money or another form of medical health insurance to pay for rehabilitation, they can determine if they qualify for Medicaid and then sign up for a drug rehabilitation facility which is approved within their state.
