Criminal justice client rehabs are available as a considerably better option than incarceration or significant fines for those who have been convicted of any kind of alcohol or drug related crime. For example, anyone who has been found guilty of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be eligible for rehab services for his or her problem instead of serving time in prison. The judge could even order that the individual receive treatment, either alone or along with other sentencing.
