Medicare is a form of health insurance developed by the U.S. government for seniors, and also people who have certain disabilities and sicknesses. If a person that has Medicare needs rehab for instances of drug or alcohol abuse, their treatment will be either covered in full by their Medicare health insurance or to a significant degree. The only real exception is, the person must acquire treatment from the alcohol and drugs rehab facility which accepts Medicare. Medicare Part An and Part B cover several types of rehab services. Medicare Part A covers an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted center when the individual must be hospitalized for his or her problem, as well as the costs which they willwill have to pay for personally are the same as every other hospital stay. Part B will partly cover outpatient rehabilitation within a Medicare accepted facility, and the individual will have to cover whatever Part B doesn't cover with supplement insurance or they're going to have to self pay.
