Medicaid is a form of medical health insurance available for many people who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to acquire this government funded insurance. Whether a person is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only determined by income however, and people shouldn't presume they don't qualify just because they make a good income. By way of example, people who have quite a few dependents may qualify for Medicaid even though they make what would be considered a reasonable income.
