Medicaid is a type of health insurance available for individuals who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government provided insurance. If they don't have Medicaid plus don't have the cash or some other type of health insurance to pay for treatment, they could find out if they are eligible for a Medicaid and then enroll in a drug treatment center which is approved within their state.
