Criminal justice client rehabs are available as a considerably better option than jail time or heavy fines for those who have already been convicted of any sort of drug or alcohol related crime. For instance, anyone who has been in prison for dui of alcohol or drugs may qualify to get rehabilitation services for his or her problem as opposed to serving time in prison. The judge might order that the individual receive rehabilitation, either alone or in addition to other sentencing.
