TRICARE is health insurance that is provided to individuals in the armed forces of the United States. Those that have TRICARE will obviously have to get a prior approval before taking part in any sort of rehab service, that may be organized using a regional TRICARE liaison. If an inpatient center is the favored rehabilitation choice, TRICARE will cover 21 days or one inpatient stay in this particular program per benefit period which is every 12 months. There are specific limits regarding just how long a TRICARE member can stay in an inpatient facility that accepts TRICARE, and there's typically a 30-45 day window that's covered. TRICARE also covers family counselling which may be very useful, as it can help include family members in the healing and recovery process.
