Outpatient rehab allows for the treatment client to participate in treatment services without the commitment you might ordinarily have to agree to within an inpatient or residential alcohol and drug rehab facility. This doesn't often work in the treatment client's favor however, specifically those individuals who need to solve significant drug abuse issues. So although an outpatient rehab may seem like an expedient option, it isn't for everybody. People that do decide on an outpatient rehab will typically show up at meetings and take part in therapy and rehabilitation services on a part-time basis every day or a few days weekly.
