Medicaid is a form of health care insurance available for individuals who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to acquire this government provided insurance. If they do not have Medicaid and also don't have the funds or another kind of medical health insurance to cover rehab, they can determine if they qualify for Medicaid and then enroll in an alcohol and drug treatment center which is approved within their state.
