Hearing impaired persons tend to have an increased likelihood of drug use issues because of their impairment, and rehab services should be available which cater to their needs. Group therapy offers a forum for important peer support to ensure that rehab clients can know they are not alone, and that there's hope to resolve their problem with drugs and alcohol. Individual counseling services might be more tailored for each person so that their unique problems can be treated in rehab.
