A group home for anyone who has been involved in drug abuse is a facility which provides continual support and help for those in recovery. A group home is typically for troubled adolescents, but there's also group homes for individuals with a mental health problem or who are experiencing behavioral problems for example. As an alternative to sending those who are experiencing drug abusedrug use or recovering from drug abuse to an orphanage, asylum or any other similar place, a group home can help provide an acceptable environment to help individuals maintain stability within their lives and have counsel and support within reach around the clock.
