Criminal justice client rehabs are available as a significantly better option than prison time or heavy fines for many who have been convicted of any kind of drug or alcohol related crime. For instance, somebody who has been in prison for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol may qualify to receive rehabilitation services because of their problem instead of serving time in jail. The judge might even order that the individual receive rehab, either alone or in addition to other sentencing.
