Medicaid is a health care insurance available for those who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government provided insurance coverage. Whether an individual is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only determined by income however, and people shouldn't presume they don't qualify just because they earn an acceptable income.
